How do I restore a purchase?

Open the app, go to Settings inside the app, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If the restore doesn't appear, try signing out and back into your Apple ID in iOS Settings, then try again.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple. You can cancel at any time:

Cancelling before your renewal date stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Where is the Privacy Policy?

Our apps do not collect personal data. All data is stored on your device and in your private iCloud account. You can read the full privacy policies here:

Does the app work offline?

Our apps are designed to work entirely on-device. No internet connection is required for core functionality. iCloud sync is optional and only activates if you are signed into iCloud.

My data disappeared — what happened?

Data is saved locally on your device. Deleting and reinstalling the app will remove local data not backed up to iCloud. If you have iCloud enabled for the app, your data should restore automatically after reinstalling. To check, go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Show All and make sure the app is toggled on.

How do I report a bug?

Email us at support@codakin.com with your app name, version number, device model, and iOS version, plus a description of the issue. Screenshots or screen recordings are always helpful.
